Returns & Exchanges

Pini Parma is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction; if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery. All garments must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our dedicated returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached, and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
